LIGHT - SPACE - TIME
Light-Space-Time was a university assignment (get used to seeing a lot of these) in which I was instructed to pick an artist and design an app inspired by their work. Being cheeky, I chose a clock app and the artist/architect James Turrel due to his minimalistic approach and stunning work with natural light and large, liminal spaces.
It was not as easy as I thought it would be. This project introduced me to a lovely software named Spline to make the visuals I envisioned for the app, and my time was equally spent wrestling with it as much as it did designing the app. I'm rather happy about the result, though my friends mentioned that the main screen looks like the inside of some organ. I politely told them to stuff it.
